6 Week Interactive Webinar Series
Relating more fully involves gaining awareness of what’s going on inside in relation to what’s happening outside of you. Becoming aware of what you are struggling with and where there is conflict. Gaining awareness of how you’re made up of a physical body and non-physical bodies that are all so heavily entangled and interconnected that they become one thing, your whole being. All your bodies are equally involved in your day-to-day life experiences and how you relate with them makes a difference when it comes to moving through everyday life problems in relationships.
Each week you will learn tools and practices related to your different bodies and how they influence every part of your life.
Week 1 - The Physical Body
Learn about and experience first hand the different between physical body pain and non-physical pain
Learn about ‘unrest’ and how it manifests in your body
Learn how your body responds so perfectly to your thoughts and emotions.
Week 2 - The Mental Body
Learn how to ‘work’ with your mind
Learn how you can control your thoughts
Learn about repeating thoughts and habitual thinking and how to work with that bringing about positive changes
Week 3 - The Emotional Body
Learn a unique and powerful approach to work with your reactions
Learn about labelling and controlling your emotions and what you can do to move through them
Learn how to fully experience the feelings related to the unrest you feel at any time
Week 4 - The Spiritual Body
Learn about ‘learning, unlearning and relearning’
Learn the many different elements involved around healing and what that is
Learn the reality of awareness and how it truly transforms your life
Week 5 - The Energetic Body
Learn how blocked energy is expressed through all your bodies
Learn the difference between being tired versus drained
Learn about your energetic patterns and how you can interrupt them
